BAILEY MACKEY   CEO / Producer   Bailey Mackey is an award winning New Zealand producer across a wide array of programme genres after starting as a DJ on iwi radio station Radio Ngati Porou (Ruatoria) in 1999.  He is of Ngati Porou, Tuhoe and Rongowhakaata lineage and has a strong focus on Maori content programming for broad audiences and has produced shows such as The GC, One Land, With Strings Attached, Saving Gen Y, Kapa Haka Kids, Hip Hop High, Atamira, Beneath the Maori Moon, Mind Your Language, The Kapa, ANZAC Day and the Rise Up Telethon.  A fluent speaker of Maori, Mackey also has a strong passion for New Zealand music and is keen to ensure it remains on network free-to-air television. He is the former Head of Sport at Maori Television and GM of Black Inc Media Ltd.

Mark’s credits include editing Lost and Found, Go-Girls, Border Patrol, Abalone Wars and Power Rangers to mention a few.  Formally head of operations at Warner Bros, Mark has post supervised multi-night shows such as The Block and more recently the Amazon All Blacks documentary series, overseeing full workflow to delivery.

She has worked in the commercial sector as an accountant for the past 10 years both in NZ and overseas in Europe while travelling. She is a brand new addition to Pango and brings commercial and financial expertise to the business.
