BAILEY MACKEY (Ngati Porou, Tuhoe, Rongowhakaata) CEO / Producer Bailey Mackey is an award winning New Zealand producer across a wide array of programme genres after starting as a DJ on iwi radio station Radio Ngati Porou (Ruatoria) in 1999.  He is of Ngati Porou, Tuhoe and Rongowhakaata lineage and has a strong focus on Maori content programming for broad audiences and has produced shows such as The GC, One Land, With Strings Attached, Saving Gen Y, Kapa Haka Kids, Hip Hop High, Atamira, Beneath the Maori Moon, Mind Your Language, The Kapa, ANZAC Day and the Rise Up Telethon.  A fluent speaker of Maori, Mackey also has a strong passion for New Zealand music and is keen to ensure it remains on network free-to-air television. He is the former Head of Sport at Maori Television and GM of Black Inc Media Ltd.

Jonathon grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and started his career in television at Country Music Television (CMT) in Nashville, Tennessee.  After several years of freelancing in Nashville, he moved to Los Angeles, California and then Auckland, New Zealand in 2006 where he started working at Eyeworks (now Warner Bros).  

Jonathon's experience over his career has been very diverse.   He's worked all over the world and in many roles – including, camera operator, director and editor. His diverse experience has given him an insight into every aspect of production.

  PETER TAINUI Head of Television / Producer   With 20 plus years television production experience, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to Pango Productions.
